Broker | Land & Luxury Specialist
Reese Hendrickson
After earning my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, I spent five years working as an engineer before discovering my passion for real estate and land development. In 2019, Craig invited me to join the Chilton team, and I jumped at the opportunity. From day one, my focus has been land sales—networking, calling, knocking on doors, and building relationships throughout Washington and Oregon.
Within my first year, I earned my Washington broker’s license, followed by my Oregon license the next year. Over time, my role has expanded beyond sales into procurement—identifying investment opportunities, sourcing land acquisitions, and supporting forest management partnerships for Chilton Logging. Today, I oversee all of our land sales in both Washington and Oregon while actively securing new properties and projects that align with the Chilton vision.
Behind every transaction is a strong team. I work closely with trusted partners in title and escrow to ensure a smooth, seamless experience from first contact to closing. With strong organizational systems and consistent communication, I strive to remove stress and uncertainty for both buyers and sellers.
If it’s land, luxury properties, or strategic acquisitions, my goal is simple: deliver exceptional results with integrity, transparency, and a deep understanding of the Pacific Northwest market.

Real Estate Agent
Joe Gardner
As an emerging professional in the real estate industry, I bring a diverse background and a strong skill set to my role as a realtor. I hold a bachelor’s degree in communications from Linfield College, which has provided me with a solid foundation in effective communication and interpersonal skills—traits that are essential in real estate transactions and client relations.
Before venturing into real estate, I gained valuable experience working in both the private sector and local government. My work largely focused on assisting landowners in achieving their goals, whether that involved land development, or problem solving. This experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of land use policies, development processes, and the needs of landowners, making me well-equipped to guide clients through real estate transactions.
For the past four years, I have been employed at Chilton, where I specialize in procuring land for development opportunities and timberland investments. My role involves collaborating with the Chilton team on various land development projects including assisting in a variety of ways from operating equipment to working with the local PUD and getting bids for paving work.
My strengths include communication and interpersonal skills, which enable me to build trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. As a new realtor, I am committed to leveraging my experience and skills to help clients find the right properties and achieve their real estate goals with confidence and professionalism.
